Comments and Complaints

We are committed to providing good medical care to our patients and welcome any compliments, comments, concerns or complaints about our service. We would encourage patients to put these in writing and address them to Samantha-Jane Brooker, the Practice Manager or to the relevant Doctor if you deem that more appropriate, alternatively you can use our Contact Us Online form. 

If you feel that your complaint cannot be dealt with by the practice you can contact the NHS Kent and Medway Patient Experience Team

The Patient Experience Team is available from 8am to 4pm, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays, and will aim to respond as soon as possible within three working days. Each complaint that is received will receive an acknowledgement within three working days.
